First Haiku

Here are my first haiku efforts, which I also posted on Random Thoughts from Daphne.  I hope you enjoy them and now I shall see if I can post a haiku or more per day.  Stay tuned!

Haiku 1

left ear ache

breathing into the pain

winter day born

fir branches limp

hanging in white spaces

snowflakes falling

curled

cat sleeping

warmth

bending firs

in my shower standing

vrksasana

whiteness

fir trees drooping

solitude

white crunchy

standing in the shower

hot steam
